During your presentation at IFA 2016, Samsung officially unveiled the third generation of your smart watch. The Gear S3, as well as your predecessor, will reach consumers in two choices: the Gear S3 Classic and the Gear S3 Frontier.
Both models will have a Super AMOLED screen 1.3 inches and display with Always-On technology, which allows the display of some information without excessive energy consumption. The two smartwatches will also be equipped with the new glass of Gorilla Glass, the Glass SR +, more sturdy and durable.

One of the highlights of the models is the battery capacity. Or better: the promised autonomy. According to Samsung, the Gear S3 Classic as the Gear S3 Frontier will hold about four days away from the outlets. We still don’t know under what conditions the devices will work during this period, we will discover during our tests.

Gear S3 Classic
As the name implies, the Gear S3 Classic smartwatch has a more classic, coming up with a leather strap and a more discreet. This model comes equipped with Bluetooth to connect with the smartphone, as well as GPS and NFC.
Gear S3 Frontier
Already the Frontier model, in addition to the GPS and NFC, supported the LTE networks, and can receive calls thanks to the speaker and built-in microphone. In this way, the smart watch is totally independent of the smartphone and can be used without the phone is around.
Unfortunately, Samsung have announced the final price and the release date of these devices. That should happen by the end of the year and it is very likely that the company offers the smartwatches in the Brazilian market.
