South Africa

– Welcome to a South African dream trip!

Cape Town

Few cities can meet Cape Town in beauty. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Table Mountain as a backdrop, Cape Town is a place most visitors want to return to more than once. Cape Town “The mother city” is South Africa’s oldest city dating back to the 16th century, at the same time it feels modern and alive. A visit to the Waterfront with all its shops, cafes and restaurants is a must.

Cape Peninsula

One of Cape Town’s biggest attractions is the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, well known for its rich flora and especially all the wild flowers that bloom in the spring. The reserve is home to over 1000 different plant species and 250 different kinds of birds. In addition, it is possible to see baboons, ostriches, zebras and several different antelopes. The wild coastline is impressive and the Cape of Good Hope itself rises majestically 250 meters straight out of the sea where the Atlantic and the Indian Ocean meet.

The wine district

For body and soul! As the name suggests, the Wine District is South Africa’s largest wine-producing region. With over 200 wineries to choose from, there is guaranteed to be something for every taste. The beauty of the landscape and the charming small towns with their rich history make a visit to the wine district a highlight of every South African trip. Names like Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl are associated here with wine but cozy cities are very well worth a visit.

Safari

South Africa has some of the world’s premier national parks and safari lodges. Here you enjoy a safari in an open jeep and a complete nature experience is guaranteed with good visibility, all scents and sounds included. At dawn and when the afternoon heat begins to lighten, when the animals are most active, you do a game drive with a ranger and tracker.

WILDERNESS SAFARIS

Our partner in Southern Africa is Wilderness Safaris. Over the years, they have developed the ideology – “The world’s wilderness areas will save humankind”. Wilderness Safaris wants to make an impression that gives people the opportunity to find new paths in their lives and leave a conservation heritage to their children. The philosophy of “conservation through tourism” gives local communities the chance to share in the income from tourism and ensures the protection of the environment for future generations. The organization is responsible for over four million hectares of southern Africa’s best wilderness areas and private nature reserves spread over 50 lodges and camps. In total, it provides over 3,500 hectares of private land per guest. Which ensures a sense of individuality and makes the company unique in its kind.
